Concrete specimen curing rooms (transportables)

The transportable ECC Walk-in Series concrete specimen curing rooms are specifically designed for use at works from construction company laboratories or from ready mix concrete producers laboratories. They are conforming to EN 206-1 & ASTM C 511-98 standards.

ECC Walk-in Series is a low cost solution for construction companies because they can be easily transferred from project to project with the rest of their laboratory equipment. They offer a large and easily accessed work space equipped with stainless steel wire shelves. CDR produces three standard sizes with 240-300-640 specimen capacity or any other size upon request.

ECC Walk-in series rooms have an operating temperature range of 12.0° C to 30.0° C and humidity range of 95 to 100% R.H. They can work in the open air without any protection within -10° C to 45° C external temperature range. Temperature control is maintained precisely through PID solid state controller with Pt100 sensor and humidity control with a PID controller with a special electronic psychrometric sensor that CDR produce with life time warranty specifically for humid chambers.

The ECC Walk-in Series uses a single-stage refrigeration system utilizing environmentally friendly refrigerant (R404A) and a tropical air-cooled condenser.
