CDR is the Hellenic leader in design, building, installation
and servicing of concrete specimen curing rooms. The pre-fabricated chamber's modular construction facilitates ease to move-in and setup in every laboratory. These curing rooms offer the ultimate quality in humid space. They are manufactured from high density non flamable non CFC polyurethane foam, sandwiched within a skin of galvanised sheet steel finished off in white enamel. Panel edges are made by molding tongue and groove PVC to facilitate assembly. A special NSF-listed PVC gasket, is permanently foamed in place on opposite sides of tongue edges to accomplish an air-tight seal between panels, so panels insulation is protected from the humidity. All interior corners and wall-ceiling joints have a 80mm radius for easy cleaning.
CDR constructs any room size to meet your requirements. Internal configuration of the workspace with robust ergonomic shelves (made of stainless steel net surface and stainless steel supporting frame) ensures maximum speciment capacity.
A microprosseror based PID control system for temperature and humidity incorporates the unic humidity sensor PSYCHRO3d. This special sensor made by CDR in contrary with common electronic humidity sensors is extremly accurate and stable under high humid environment even at saturation and is followed with life time warranty.
All rooms conform with EN 206-1, BS EN 196-3 & ASTM C 511-98 standards.
