The CDR ECC /wb Series curing chambers are specifically designed for use in the making and curing of hydraulic cement and concrete test specimens. They are available in 54, 108, 162 cubic specimen capacity. Other size chambers available upon request.
The ECC /wb Series is equipped with submerged storage. Its large workspace has an operating temperature range of 12° C to 40° C. Temperature control is maintained through an electronic thermostat.
Access to stainless steel construction workspace area is through large fully opening hinged doors. Each access area holds stainless steel tank-drawers which are sliding out smoothly with special mechanism for quick and easy loading and unloading of specimen.
Top and bottom curing trays have a Fill/Drain fixture located at the back/bottom of the tray for the draining, precipitate removal, cleaning, and refilling process. Each tray also has an overflow outlet which allows overflow to drain to a lower tray.
The ECC /wb Series uses a tropical 3/8HP single-stage refrigeration system utilizing environmentally friendly refrigerant (R404A) with air-cooled condenser.
Curing tank Walk-in D/wb series helps keep your back healthy because you don’t have to put these entire specimens on top of each other inside the large size tank. It also has an automatic water replacement system that keeps water clean from fungus and chemicals so you don’t have irritation problems from idle water.
