CHAMBERS IN SIZES TO SUIT EVERY NEED
The ENVIMED system delivers long-term, maintenance-free reliable and accurate performance,
that is very important in long term stability testing. ENVIMED family chambers are available in four sizes to suit
every need. 500 Ltr models have one door, 1000 Ltr models have two doors and 1600 & 2300 Ltr models have three
doors. Their stainless steel interior/exterior construction provides a smooth, non-porous surface for easy cleaning.
The ENVIMED
uni-flow system incorporates a technique for pre-conditioning the air before it enters the specimen area. This ensures that a homogeneous
mixture of temperature and humidity is introduced to the air flow. With no defrost required, the test conditions remain well
within ICH guidelines throughout the test period with no unexpected deviations from set point. This special air-conditioning system
has an air flow velocity specifically targeted at Pharmaceuticals testing and distributes the pre-conditioned air uniformly across
all shelves.
You can select between two different types of internal design. All chambers may be equipped with wire stainless steel
shelves or with mechanical sliding out drawers. Drawers are made of stainless steel wire mesh and have special mechanism that makes
them sliding out smoothly for quick and easy loading and unloading of samples especially when chambers are fully loaded with specimens.
Advanced model are equipped with CMP1 a PLC based control system with 5’’ color touch screen and economical models with PID
microprocessor controllers. Control systems meet the exact tolerances required by the ICH guidelines. Safety features include
integrated Hi/Lo temperature and humidity alarm limits, remote alarm contacts, failure alarm, and "door ajar" alarm with adjustable
delay time period.
