ECONOMICAL SOLUTION OR SMALL CAPACITY?

Do you need an economical tissue culture incubator or a small chamber for your experiments? No matter what is the answer this is the solution. CDR’s TCU 200-350DGe/Fr are basic equipped models that work as high precision incubators because these units are not modified refrigerators.

DURABILITY - RELIABILITY

TCU 200/350DGe/Fr germinators have walls made of galvanized sheet steel, finished off in white enamel. A magnetic gasket provides a tight seal to door frame. Shelving from nine slide-able tiers made of white epoxy coated steel shelves.

FLUORESCENT LIGHTING

Standard lighting on every chamber includes fluorescent light fixtures mounted vertically on the door of the chamber separated from the working area by dual pane sealed glass barriers. Lighting intensity is manually adjustable from 100 to 200 ìmole/m2/s at 150mm from the light canopy (optionally at any light intensity) .

UNIFORM, ACCURATE AIR FLOW ELIMINATES CONDENSATION
The “DG” control is a PID controller base system with analog timer for the light photoperiod programming.

Cooling for tissue culture chamber is provided by a self-contained air-cooled condensing unit with hot gas bypass for continuous compressor operation. A special valve provides tight temperature control while ensuring quiet operation.

Uniform airflow is introduced to the incubation area in a horizontal airflow pattern discharged from a perforated rear wall plenum. This provides excellent uniformity throughout the entire chamber volume and eliminates condensation in Petri dishes.
